Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations and date changes are allowed subject to room availability.
• Bookings are confirmed on payment of 100% of the total accommodation cost.

• Cancellations made two days or less before the arrival date: no refund.
• Cancellations made three days or more before arrival: 75% refund of the deposit amount.
• Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking, and are issued to the original payment method.

For an early check-out, the full amount of the original booking will be charged.
